Sprocktastic Film Photography Zine
A selection of photos from the Sprocktastic competition
In 2020 I ran the ‘Sprocktastic’ competition via my podcast.
The main 2 rules were that entrants must:
shoot 35mm (135) film
expose the sprockets.
The competition was a lot of fun. Roxanna Angles helped me judge the entries.
I loved seeing the variety of creative photos from people all over the world.
We crowned Devon Adams the winner, and his image of a red Studebaker graced the cover of the zine.
I used my Lomography Sprocket Rocket, a camera I haven’t used since.
Seeing these images again makes me want to load it up with film again.
The only downside is having to scan the film yourself as most labs won’t scan it.
